Our Help Desk Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Semester) and 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Summer).

If you want to submit a work request ticket online, please click the following link: This will generate a ticket to UWIT and a UWIT Representative will contact you to help resolve your issue.

You will receive an email with your ticket number once created.

Under the REPRESENTATIVES section, if there is a specific representative you would like to work with, simply click on their name and you will be connected via chat to that UWIT Help Desk Representative.
